Today we had lunch with our friend Chef Katie Chin during her livestream, where she walked us through how to make Cantonese Style Chicken Chow Mein. We brought ingredients for a cocktail to go with the meal, so read on for the full recipe!
Tropical Kiss Signature Cocktail
1 1/2 jigger gin
1/4 jigger Cointreau
1/3 jigger lemon juice
1/3 jigger coconut water
1/2 jigger simple syrup
For the simple syrup, bring equal proportions of water and sugar to a boil until the syrup becomes a golden color. Set aside.
Add all alcohol, lemon juice, coconut water, simple syrup, all fruits, and ice to the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
